This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information about the Users of the Services, including Doctors and Hospitals (as defined in the Terms of Use), the End-Users (as defined in the Terms of Use), and the visitors of Website (jointly and severally referred to as “you” or “Users” in this Privacy Policy). We created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to the protection of your privacy and your personal information. Your use of and access to the Services is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Any capitalized term used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning attributed to it in our Terms of Use.


By Using The Services, You Agree To The Practices And Policies Outlined In This Privacy Policy And You Hereby Consent To The Collection, Use, And Sharing Of Your Information As Described In This Privacy Policy. You may still access and use some of the Services if you choose not to provide us with any Personal Information, but the features of the Services that require your Personal Information will not be accessible to you.

Rxinbox may only use and disclose your PHI in the ways permitted by your Healthcare Provider(s).

  • 1.    Each User’s use of and access to the Services is their acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy. Any User that does not agree with any provisions of the same has the option to discontinue the Services provided by Rxinbox immediately.
  • 2.    All the information provided to Rxinbox by a User, including PHI, is voluntary. You understand that we may use certain information of yours, which has been designated as PHI, (a) for the purpose of providing you the Services, (b) for commercial purposes and in an aggregated or non- personally identifiable form for research, statistical analysis and business intelligence purposes, for (c) for sale or transfer such research, statistical or intelligence data in an aggregated or non-personally identifiable form to third parties and affiliates. Rxinbox also reserves the right to use information provided by or about the End-User for the following purposes:
  • a)   Publishing such information on the Website.
  • b)    Contacting End-Users for offering new products or services.
  • c)    Contacting End-Users for taking product and Service feedback.
  • d)   Analysing software usage patterns for improving product design and utility.
  • e)   Analysing anonymized practice information for commercial use.

  • 3.    Collection of information which has been designated as PHI requires your express consent. By affirming your assent to this Privacy Policy, you provide your consent to such collection as required under applicable law.
  • 4.    rxinbox does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Services and, therefore, rxinbox specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Services, and you agree that you waive any claims against rxinbox relating to same, and to the extent such waiver may be ineffective, you agree to release any claims against rxinbox relating to same.
  • 5.    You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as your contact information provided as part of account registration. If your personal information changes, you may correct, delete
  • 6.    Inaccuracies, or amend information by making the change on our member information page or by contacting us through info@rxinbox.com. We will make good faith efforts to make requested changes in our then active databases as soon as reasonably practicable. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete), or rxinbox has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, rxinbox may, at its sole discretion, discontinue the provision of the Services to you.
  • 7.    You may choose to unsubscribe from promotional communications that you receive from rxinbox by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link provided at the end of every such promotional communication.

We will retain your information for as long as your account with the Services is active and as needed to provide you the Services. We shall not retain such information for longer than is required for the purposes for which the information may lawfully be used or is otherwise required under any other law for the time being in force. After a period of time, your data may be anonymized and aggregated, and then may be held by us as long as necessary for us to provide our Services effectively, but our use of the anonymized data will be solely for analytic purposes.

  • 10    Due to the communications standards on the Internet, when a User or the End-User or anyone who visits the Website, We automatically receive some information which is mentioned above, this information is used to analyse overall trends to help us improve our Service. The linkage between User’s IP address and User’s personally identifiable information is not shared with third parties. Notwithstanding the above, rxinbox may share some of the aggregate findings (not the specific data) in anonymized form (i.e., non-personally identifiable) with advertisers, sponsors, investors, strategic partners, and others in order to help grow its business.
  • 11.    The Website uses temporary cookies to store certain data (that is not sensitive personal data or information) that is used by rxinbox and its service providers for the technical administration of the Website, research and development, and for User administration. Such Users, including any moderators or administrators, are not authorized rxinbox representatives or agents, and their opinions or statements do not necessarily reflect those of rxinbox.com, and they are not authorized to bind rxinbox to any contract. rxinbox hereby expressly disclaims any liability for any reliance or misuse of such information that is made available by Users or visitors in such a manner.
  • 15.    rxinbox maintains a strict "No-Spam" policy, which means that rxinbox does not intend to sell, rent or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third party without your consent.
  • 16.    . rxinbox has implemented best international market practices and security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that it has under its control from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss. However, for any data loss or theft due to unauthorized access to the User’s electronic devices through which the User avails the Services, rxinbox shall not be held liable for any loss whatsoever incurred by the User.
  • 17.    rxinbox implements reasonable security practices and procedures and has a comprehensive documented information security programme and information security policies that contain managerial, technical, operational and physical security control measures that are commensurate with respect to the information being collected and the nature of rxinbox’s business. The reasonable security practices and procedures implemented by rxinbox include but are not limited to: encrypting data when it is on the move using industry standard practices, keeping all the data within private cloud, regularly changing production keys and password, secure and very limited access to all production servers, performing regular security updates on our servers and more.
  • 18.    rxinbox takes your right to privacy very seriously and other than as specifically stated in this privacy Policy, will only disclose your personal information in the event it is required to do so by law, rule, regulation, law enforcement agency, governmental official, legal authority or similar requirements or when rxinbox, in its sole discretion, deems it necessary in order to protect its rights or the rights of others, to prevent harm to persons or property, to fight fraud and credit risk, or to enforce or apply the Terms of Use.

  • a)   We may share your Personal Information with Healthcare Providers with which you choose to schedule through the Services. For example, if you complete a Medical History Form using the Services in advance of an appointment, we may share your Medical History Form with your Healthcare Providers.
  • b)    We may share your Personal Information with your Healthcare Providers to enable them to refer you to and make appointments with other Healthcare Providers on your behalf or to perform analyses on potential health issues or treatments, provided that you choose to use the applicable Services.
  • c)    We may share your Personal Information with Healthcare Providers in the event of an emergency.
  • d)    We may share your Personal Information and Traffic Data with our business partners who perform core operational services (such as hosting, billing, fulfilment, data storage, security, insurance verification, or Website analytics set forth in Section 4.1 (Tracking Tools)) and/or by making certain features available to our users.
  • 20.    We may transfer your information to another company in connection with a merger, sale, acquisition or other change of ownership or control by or of rxinbox(whether in whole or in part). Should one of these events occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your information becomes subject to different privacy and security policies and practices.

  • 22.    We may disclose information that is neither Personal Information nor PHI (including non-PHI Personal Information that has been de-identified and/or aggregated) at our discretion.
  • 23.    We store and process your information on our servers abroad. We maintain industry standard backup and archival systems.
  • Any information that you may reveal in a review posting or online discussion or forum is intentionally open to the public and is not in any way private. We recommend that you carefully consider whether to disclose any Personal Information in any public posting or forum. What you have written may be seen and/or collected by third parties and may be used by others in ways we are unable to control or predict.

    The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We endeavour to follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and in storage. Please note, however, that we reserves the right to retain information from closed accounts, including to comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce the Agreement and take other actions permitted by law.
    You must promptly notify us if any of your account data is lost, stolen or used without permission.

    The Services are not intended for use by children and children are prohibited from using the Services. Parents/Guardians can create accounts for their children/dependants for booking doctor’s appointment. We do not knowingly collect any information from children, nor are the Services directed to children.
    By accessing, using and/or submitting information to or through the Services, you represent that you are not younger than age 17. If we learn that we have received any information directly from a child under age 17 without his/her parent’s written consent, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child (or his/her parent or legal guardian) to inform the child that he/she cannot use the Services and subsequently we will delete that information.
    If you are between age seventeen (17) and the age of majority in your place of residence, you may use the Services only with the consent of or under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor child, you may, in compliance with the Agreement, use the Services on behalf of such minor child. Any information that you provide us while using the Services on behalf of your minor child will be treated as Personal Information as otherwise provided herein.

    The Services contain links to third party websites with which rxinbox has no affiliation. A link to a non-rxinbox website does not mean that we endorse that website, the quality or accuracy of information presented on the non-rxinbox website or the persons or entities associated with the non-rxinbox website. If you decide to visit a third party website, you are subject to the privacy policy of the third party website as applicable and we are not responsible for the policies and practices of the third party website.
